Every figure is in GOLDp, the market's stablecoin: this is a testnet, and nothing on it has a market price. Each pETH flow is converted at the market's own price feed at its block, the price the protocol holds the debt against, so on the collateral side the last line, Market move and pETH built up since the last event, is the change in that price since each flow, with the pETH built up since the position's last event.
Each event states the position's collateral and debt after it and every part that changed them, so each part has a line of its own and the lines meet the recorded figures at every event. Interest (dashed) is charged on the recorded debt at the market's rate and written in at each event. The other parts also build up between events and are written in at the next one: Reward pETH (dashed), the position's net share of every direct mint and redemption through the PSM since the last event (Net PSM shares added, taken or cleared, each side split by its sign), Stability gains (vertical lines), and Settled to zero, the GOLDp the protocol mints where the shares took the debt below zero. Between two events each side's line runs straight from what the first stated to what the second wrote in before the holder's act, and after the last to the live read's entire figures. Each part's line moves on the event that wrote it in, so on the days between, what built up sits in each side's last line.
The gas compensation escrow, a fixed 0.0375 pETH every open sends with the collateral, is held apart from the collateral and has no line here: each card's Collateral ledger states it under its rows, sent at the open and returned at the close or paid to the liquidator.
